I sweep a colorful stroke across my bare canvas, the motions are smooth somtimes exhilarating, my brush reaches for another color it feels so fantastic it makes me smile.Sometimes I paint with a brush but also with my finger tips.Fun Fun Fun!

Meditating & Spiritual Painting

I love to paint my spirit, when I feel most true to my spirit is when I'm painting or meditating or praying. A quiet time out for my inner thoughts to explore the state of mind at one moment in time.

before I start I say to myself , I take out all the negative accumulations from my subconscious from my first point of view. That gives me all the positive energy I need to start my process painting. I like to think of nothing & start from there and let my subconscious take over giving the process totally to my spirit, inner thoughts and strenghts love and emotions fill the canvas with my soul and my true colors.

I know when I'm finished when I open my eyes and see my creation.

Most of the time I keep my eyes open to see the process happening it's a fantastic feeling to witness my spirit and soul and subconscious at work.

I thank God for the gift he gave me.
